Model Arbitration Clause

(directly agreed in the contract)

Article xx: Disputes arising from this contract shall be settled through negotiation by both parties; if the negotiation fails, it shall be settled in the following way:

1. Submit to Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules of arbitration. 

2. Proceed to the people's court in accordance with the law.

Model Arbitration Agreement

      Any disputes arising from or related to the contract between xxx and xxx (contract number, date of contract) shall be submitted to Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
